No notes available for this meeting.

This was a Club Assembly and I understand we were joined by members of the Saco Bay Rotary Club.

Hot topics discussed were the Fruit Sale and Auction.  More details to follow.

Dues notices are out.  Pay up ASAP or risk the wrath of the SAA.

A reminder that tomorrow there will be a meeting of the Bideford, England Committee immediately following our regular meeting.

Since I missed last week's meeting, I was unable to give my annual New Year's greeting.  For those of you who were expecting it, here it is!

                                        The Way to a Happy New Year!

To leave the old with a burst of song

To recall the right and forgive the wrong;

To forget the things that bind you fast

To the vain regrets of the year that's past;

To have the strength to let go your hold

Of the not worthwhile of the days

   grown old;

To dare go forth with a purpose true,

To the unknown task of the year that's new;

To help your brother along the road,

To do his work and lift his load;

To add your gift to the world's good cheer,

Is to have and to give a Happy New Year!
